- Superintendent's Efficiency & Effectiveness Awards (SEEA)
Motions:
I recommend the School Board approve SEEA
suggestion #10026 with an award of $2,000. |

PASS |
Minutes: Consider approval of the Superintendent's
Efficiency & Effectiveness Award for suggestion #10026,
submitted by Ann Guarino, Principal's Confidential Secretary at
Del Prado Elementary School. Ms. Guarino created a Quick Reference
Guide to PeopleSoft to assist her colleagues across the District
during the ERP system implementation. Ms. Guarino condensed the
PeopleSoft manuals into simple step-by-step instructions for
critical tasks. Her Quick Reference Guide was widely distributed
and continues to be used for staff development. Ms. Guarino's
suggestion, work product, and initiative improved the efficiency
of secretaries and treasurers throughout the district. The
implementation of this suggestion is estimated to have saved over
1,500 hours of staff time in aggregate and qualifies for a
monetary award of $2,000 in accordance with the SEEA Award
Structure. |
